[1122] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) conjoined with, originated by, and following along with mind (cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhānānuparivatti) that is a root (hetu), a phenomenon that is not conjoined with, originated by, and following along with mind (no-cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhānānuparivatti) and is not a root (na-hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
