[1110] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) conjoined with mind (cittasaṁsaṭṭha) that is a root (hetu), a phenomenon that is not conjoined with mind (na-cittasaṁsaṭṭha) and is not a root (na-hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
