[1120] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) conjoined with, originated by, and co-arisen with mind (cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhānasahabhū) that is a root (hetu), a phenomenon that is not conjoined with, originated by, and co-arisen with mind (no-cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhānasahabhū) and is not a root (na-hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
