[1314] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not co-arisen with mind (no-cittasahabhū) and is not a root (na-hetu), a phenomenon co-arisen with mind (cittasahabhū) that is a root (hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
