[1003] Dependent on a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) that is not co-arisen with mind (no-cittasahabhū), a phenomenon that is not a not-root (na-nahetu) and is not not-co-arisen-with-mind (na-no-cittasahabhū) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
