[1316] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a not-co-arisen-with-mind (na-no-cittasahabhū) and is not a root (na-hetu), a phenomenon not co-arisen with mind (no-cittasahabhū) that is a not-root (na-hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
