[1007] Dependent on a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) that is not following along with mind (no-cittānuparivatti), a phenomenon that is not a not-root (na-nahetu) and is not not-following-along-with-mind (na-no-cittānuparivatti) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
