[1308] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not disjoined from mind (na-cittavisaṁsaṭṭha) and is not a root (na-hetu), a phenomenon disjoined from mind (cittavisaṁsaṭṭha) that is a not-root (na-hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
