[1145] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) having roots to be abandoned by seeing (dassanenapahātabbahetuka) that is a root (hetu), a phenomenon that does not have roots to be abandoned by seeing (na-dassanenapahātabbahetuka) and is not a root (na-hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
