[463] Dependent on a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) that is not rootless (na-ahetuka), a not-root phenomenon that is not rootless arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). Dependent on a not-root phenomenon that is not rootless, a phenomenon that is not a not-root (na-nahetu) and is not rootless arises by root condition. Dependent on a not-root phenomenon that is not rootless, a not-root phenomenon that is not rootless and a phenomenon that is not a not-root and is not rootless arise by root condition: three.
