[1236] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is a not-root not rootless (nahetu na-ahetuka) and is not a root (na-hetu), a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon that is a not-root and rootless (nahetu ahetuka) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
