[1252] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not mundane (na-lokiya) and is not a root (na-hetu), a mundane (lokiya) phenomenon that is a root (hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). Dependent on a phenomenon that is not mundane and is not a not-root (na-nahetu), a mundane phenomenon that is a not-root (na-hetu) arises by root condition.
