[1394] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a not-root (na-nahetu) and is not mundane (na-lokiya), a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon that is mundane (lokiya) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). Three. Dependent on a phenomenon that is not a not-root and is not supramundane (na-lokuttara), a not-root phenomenon that is mundane arises by root condition. One.
