[1064] Dependent on a mundane (lokiya) phenomenon (dhamma) that is a root (hetu), a phenomenon that is not supramundane (na-lokuttara) and is not a root (na-hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). One. Dependent on a supramundane (lokuttara) phenomenon that is a root, a phenomenon that is not supramundane and is not a root arises by root condition. Three.
