[1391] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a root (na-hetu) and is not material (na-rūpī), a root (hetu) phenomenon that is immaterial (arūpī) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). Dependent on a phenomenon that is not a not-root (na-nahetu) and is not material, a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon that is immaterial arises by root condition.
