[1392] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a root (na-hetu) and is not mundane (na-lokiya), a root (hetu) phenomenon that is supramundane (lokuttara) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). One. Dependent on a phenomenon that is not a root and is not supramundane (na-lokuttara), a root phenomenon that is mundane (lokiya) arises by root condition. One.
