[1066] Dependent on a mundane (lokiya) phenomenon (dhamma) that is a not-root (na-hetu), a phenomenon that is not supramundane (na-lokuttara) and is not a not-root (na-nahetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). One. Dependent on a supramundane (lokuttara) phenomenon that is a not-root, a phenomenon that is not mundane (na-lokiya) and is not a not-root arises by root condition. One.
