[1306] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not conjoined with mind (na-cittasaṁsaṭṭha) and is not a root (na-hetu), a phenomenon conjoined with mind (cittasaṁsaṭṭha) that is a root (hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
