[1356] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not having roots to be abandoned by development (na-bhāvanāyapahātabbahetuka) and is not a root (na-hetu), a phenomenon having roots to be abandoned by development (bhāvanāyapahātabbahetuka) that is a not-root (na-hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
