[1143] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by development (bhāvanāyapahātabba) that is a not-root (na-hetu), a phenomenon that is not to be abandoned by development (na-bhāvanāyapahātabba) and is not a not-root (na-nahetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). One. Dependent on a phenomenon not to be abandoned by development that is a not-root, a phenomenon that is not not-to-be-abandoned-by-development (na-na-bhāvanāyapahātabba) and is not a not-root arises by root condition. One.
