[1468] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not to be abandoned by seeing (na-dassanenapahātabba) and is not without conflict (na-araṇa), a phenomenon to be abandoned by seeing (dassanenapahātabba) that is accompanied by conflict (saraṇa) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
