[174] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not accompanied by equanimity (na-upekkhāsahagata), a phenomenon that is not accompanied by equanimity arises by root condition (hetupaccayā): three. Dependent on a phenomenon that is not not-accompanied-by-equanimity (na-na-upekkhāsahagata), a phenomenon that is not not-accompanied-by-equanimity arises by root condition: three. Dependent on a phenomenon that is not accompanied by equanimity and a phenomenon that is not not-accompanied-by-equanimity, a phenomenon that is not accompanied by equanimity arises by root condition: three.
