[184] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not leading out (na-niyyānika), a phenomenon that is not leading out arises by root condition (hetupaccayā): one. Dependent on a phenomenon that is not not-leading-out (na-aniyyānika), a phenomenon that is not not-leading-out arises by root condition: three. Dependent on a phenomenon that is not leading out and a phenomenon that is not not-leading-out, a phenomenon that is not leading out arises by root condition: one.
