[192] Dependent on (paṭicca) a not-root (na-hetu) not-wholesome (na-kusala) phenomenon (dhamma), a not-root not-wholesome phenomenon arises by root condition (hetupaccayā): dependent on one unwholesome or indeterminate not-root aggregate (khandha), three aggregates and mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arise]. Dependent on a not-root not-wholesome phenomenon, a not-wholesome phenomenon that is not a not-root (na-nahetu) arises by root condition: dependent on the unwholesome or indeterminate not-root aggregates, the root (hetu) [arises]. Dependent on a not-root not-wholesome phenomenon, a not-root not-wholesome phenomenon and a not-wholesome phenomenon that is not a not-root arise by root condition.
