[200] Dependent on a not-unwholesome phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a not-root (na-nahetu), a not-unwholesome phenomenon that is not a not-root arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). Dependent on a not-unwholesome phenomenon that is not a not-root, a not-root (na-hetu) not-unwholesome phenomenon arises by root condition. Dependent on a not-unwholesome phenomenon that is not a not-root, a not-root not-unwholesome phenomenon and a not-unwholesome phenomenon that is not a not-root arise by root condition.
