[199] Dependent on a not-root (na-hetu) not-unwholesome (na-akusala) phenomenon (dhamma), a not-root not-unwholesome phenomenon arises by root condition (hetupaccayā): dependent on one wholesome or indeterminate not-root aggregate (khandha), three aggregates and mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arise]. Dependent on a not-root not-unwholesome phenomenon, a not-unwholesome phenomenon that is not a not-root (na-nahetu) arises by root condition: dependent on the wholesome or indeterminate not-root aggregates, the root (hetu) [arises]. Dependent on a not-root not-unwholesome phenomenon, a not-root not-unwholesome phenomenon and a not-unwholesome phenomenon that is not a not-root arise by root condition.
