[253] Dependent on a not-unwholesome (na-akusala) phenomenon (dhamma) that is not both-a-root-and-rootless (na-hetuñceva-na-ahetukañca), a not-unwholesome phenomenon that is not both-a-root-and-rootless arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
