[641] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by seeing (dassanenapahātabba) that is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha), a phenomenon that is not to be abandoned by seeing (na-dassanenapahātabba) and is not invisible and non-impinging (na-anidassana-appaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
