[691] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) not of the formless sphere (na-arūpāvacara) that is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha), a phenomenon that is not not-of-the-formless-sphere (na-naarūpāvacara) and is not visible and impinging (na-sanidassanasappaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
