[655] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) not having roots to be abandoned by development (na-bhāvanāyapahātabbahetuka) that is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha), a phenomenon that is not not-having-roots-to-be-abandoned-by-development (na-nabhāvanāyapahātabbahetuka) and is not visible and impinging (na-sanidassanasappaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
