[689] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) of the formless sphere (arūpāvacara) that is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha), a phenomenon that is not of the formless sphere (na-arūpāvacara) and is not invisible and non-impinging (na-anidassana-appaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
