[711] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) without conflict (araṇa) that is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha), a phenomenon that is not without conflict (na-araṇa) and is not visible and impinging (na-sanidassanasappaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
