[728] Dependent on a wholesome (kusala) phenomenon (dhamma) associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling (adukkhamasukhāya vedanāya sampayutta), a not-wholesome (na-kusala) phenomenon not associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling (na-adukkhamasukhāya vedanāya sampayutta) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
