[741] Dependent on an unwholesome (akusala) phenomenon (dhamma) that is defiled and subject to defilement (saṅkiliṭṭhasaṅkilesika), a not-unwholesome (na-akusala) phenomenon that is not defiled and subject to defilement (na-saṅkiliṭṭhasaṅkilesika) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
