[848] Dependent on an unwholesome (akusala) phenomenon (dhamma) that is not-clung-to but subject to clinging (anupādinnupādāniya), a not-unwholesome (na-akusala) phenomenon that is not clung-to and subject to clinging (na-upādinnupādāniya) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
