[739] Dependent on a wholesome (kusala) phenomenon (dhamma) that is not-clung-to and not subject to clinging (anupādinna-anupādāniya), a not-wholesome (na-kusala) phenomenon that is not not-clung-to and not subject to clinging (na-anupādinna-anupādāniya) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā): three. Dependent on an indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon that is not-clung-to and not subject to clinging, a not-wholesome phenomenon that is not not-clung-to and not subject to clinging arises by root condition: three.
