[763] Dependent on an unwholesome (akusala) phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by development (bhāvanāyapahātabba), a not-unwholesome (na-akusala) phenomenon that is not to be abandoned by development (na-bhāvanāyapahātabba) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
