[822] Dependent on a wholesome (kusala) phenomenon (dhamma) that has a future object (anāgatārammaṇa), a not-wholesome (na-kusala) phenomenon that does not have a future object (na-anāgatārammaṇa) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
