[824] Dependent on a wholesome (kusala) phenomenon (dhamma) that has a present object (paccuppannārammaṇa), a not-wholesome (na-kusala) phenomenon that does not have a present object (na-paccuppannārammaṇa) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
