[989] Dependent on a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) that is a non-mental-factor (acetasika), a phenomenon that is not a not-root (na-nahetu) and is not a non-mental-factor (na-acetasika) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
