[292] "Bhikkhus, when an act of suspension (ukkhepanīyakamma) for not relinquishing an evil view (pāpikā diṭṭhi) is possessed of three further factors, it is both a legitimate act (dhammakamma) and an act in accordance with the discipline (vinayakamma), and it is well settled: it is done for an offense (āpatti); it is done for an offense that entails confession (desanāgāminī); it is done for an offense that has not been confessed. …"
