[302] Endowed with three further factors also … : it is done after the offense (āpatti) has been charged; it is done in accordance with the Dhamma; it is done by a complete Saṅgha. Bhikkhus, an act of suspension (ukkhepanīyakamma) on account of not relinquishing an evil view (pāpikā diṭṭhi), endowed with these three factors, is both a legitimate act (dhammakamma) and an act in accordance with the Vinaya (vinayakamma), and is well settled. The Twelve Sections on Legitimate Acts in the Act of Suspension on account of Not Relinquishing an Evil View are finished.
