Samuccayakkhandhaka

[558] Two bhikkhus have committed a mixed offense (missaka). They hold the view that the mixed offense is a saṅghādisesa offense. One conceals it; one does not conceal it. The one who conceals it should be made to confess an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa). And having given him probation (parivāsa) according to the period concealed, penance (mānatta) should be given to both.
