Samuccayakkhandhaka

[560] Two bhikkhus have committed a mere light offense (suddhaka); they hold the view that that mere light offense is a saṅghādisesa. One conceals it, one does not conceal it. The one who conceals it should be made to confess an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa). Both should be dealt with according to the rule.
