Samuccayakkhandhaka

[561] Two bhikkhus have committed a pure offense (suddhaka); regarding that pure offense they hold the view that it is a pure offense. One conceals it, one does not conceal it. The one who conceals it should be made to confess an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa). Both should be dealt with according to the rule.
