[631] "And in this way, bhikkhus, those bhikkhus are cleared of those offenses (āpatti) — except for a grave offense (thullavajja), except for what is connected with laypeople (gihipaṭisaṃyutta), except for an open declaration of view (diṭṭhāvikamma), and except for those who are not present there."
