[635] Therein, what is a legal issue concerning offenses (āpattādhikaraṇa)? The five classes of offenses (āpattikkhandhā) are a legal issue concerning offenses; the seven classes of offenses are also a legal issue concerning offenses. This is called a legal issue concerning offenses.
