Vinayapiṭaka · Cūḷavagga (1) · Vol. 6 · Section 634

[634] Therein, what is a legal issue arising from accusation (anuvādādhikaraṇa)? Bhikkhus, here bhikkhus accuse (anuvadanti) a bhikkhu of failure in virtue (sīlavipatti), of failure in conduct (ācāravipatti), of failure in view (diṭṭhivipatti), or of failure in livelihood (ājīvavipatti). Whatever therein is the accusing, the charging, the reproaching, the denouncing, the siding along with (the accusation), the instigating, the lending of support — this is called a legal issue arising from accusation.
