[657] Therein, what is a legal issue of accusation (anuvādādhikaraṇa) that is indeterminate (abyākata)?
Bhikkhus, here bhikkhus, with indeterminate minds, accuse a bhikkhu of failure in virtue (sīlavipatti), failure in conduct (ācāravipatti), failure in view (diṭṭhivipatti), or failure in livelihood (ājīvavipatti). Whatever accusing, charging, denouncing, complaining, taking of sides, exertion in accusing, or lending of support there is in that matter — this is called a legal issue of accusation that is indeterminate.
