[656] Therein, what is a legal issue of accusation (anuvādādhikaraṇa) that is wholesome (kusala)?
Bhikkhus, here bhikkhus, with wholesome minds, accuse a bhikkhu of failure in virtue (sīlavipatti), failure in conduct (ācāravipatti), failure in view (diṭṭhivipatti), or failure in livelihood (ājīvavipatti). Whatever therein is the accusation, the accusing, the alleging, the speaking against, the siding with the charge, the exertion in accusing, the lending of support — this is called a legal issue of accusation that is wholesome.
